Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return them to us within 14 days from receipt. We offer a no quibble returns policy.

Items returned will be refunded to your account within 24 hours of receipt. Postage costs will only be refunded in full for faulty returns.


  • If you need to return your products please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.
  • Please ensure returns are properly packaged and therefore cannot be damaged in transit.
  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer so you must retain proof of posting like a post office receipt. We recommend items are returned via traceable means like recorded delivery.

Please keep your postage receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.

Faulty Returns: If you receive a faulty item please email us with details of the fault along with your name and Customer Order No. and request either a replacement item or a full refund. Postage costs will be refunded in full for faulty returns.

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour. Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to confirm stock availability. Postage will need to be paid for returns but we cover the postage costs to send out the exchange item.
