All orders received by us Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We use Royal Mails 48® UK Service or Hermes Courier Services for large or heavy orders. We aim to post all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
The Royal Mail aims to deliver 48® post in 2-3 working days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can investigate.
Hermes Courier Services aim to deliver to your door within 3-4 working days. If they are unable to deliver your parcel, the courier will leave a card notifying you of the next delivery date. In some cases, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or a contact number so you can get in touch to arrange a time convenient for you. The Hermes courier will attempt to deliver the parcel three times usually on consecutive days. After three delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. We will provide you with a 16 digit number which can be used at https://www.myhermes.co.uk/ to track your parcel.
