Silver Basket weave buttons with a rear shank for fixing. Made from non-ferrous metal with a slightly domed surface and hollow back. Each button weighs about 2.20 grams. The button features a 3d interlaced design resembling a basket weave.

Available in one size only – 15mm.

The colour has been described as “silver” but the real color of the button may be slightly different from the pictures shown which is caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

These Silver Basket weave buttons are ideal for blazers, jackets, coats and knitwear but are suitable for all sewing and knitting projects.

Shank buttons have a hollow protrusion on the back through which thread is sewn through to attach the button to the cloth.

Helpful Tips

For button size, please measure the outer largest diameter from one edge of the button across to the other. For domed buttons it is easier to measure across the back of the button.

Sewing buttons is very easy once you get the hang of it. It’s a very useful skill to possess, as buttons do fall off.
