Beige Athenian buttons with 2 holes for sew through fastening.  The buttons have a pearlescent finish with marbling effect and a very slightly saucer shaped surface (concave). The buttons are approx. 3mm in depth and measure 22mm x 22mm. The design around the rim is know as the ancient greek key pattern which is a long continuous line that repeatedly folds back on itself.

The colour has been described as “beige” but the real color of the button may be slightly different from the pictures shown. Caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.

These beige Athenian buttons are ideal for coats, jackets, costumes and knitwear but are also suitable for all sewing and knitting projects.

Helpful Tips

For button size, please measure the outer largest diameter from one edge of the button across to the other.  For domed buttons it is easier to measure across the back of the button.
