2 Hole Cord Locks made from lighweight durable nylon plastic and metal spring loaded for a secure hold. Contains two holes to allow the passage of 2 cords at the same time. Simply feed the elastic or cord into the opening holes, and release the spring load to hold the cord tight, and adjust length accordingly.
