Toggle Cord Lock made from lighweight durable nylon plastic and metal spring loaded for a secure hold. Contains a single hole to allow the passage of a cord. Simply feed the elastic or cord into the opening hole, and release the spring load to hold the cord tight, and adjust length accordingly.
